Emailed Payslips - Employee Setup
For every employee who requires an emailed payslip, you must
- enter the employee's email address.
- and set the employee's Payslip Type field.
This can be done from either
- the Modify Employee Details - Personnel screen. This method is documented here.
- or the Regular Payslips Report. This method is documented in Emailed Payslips - Regular Payslip Report.
 | From the front screen select Employee then Modify Employee Details. Select the employee, and type in their email address as shown. |
 | After clicking the circled Payslip Type field, the following dialog is shown. Make the appropriate selection and click GO. |
 | Save your changes, and the employee is set to recieve an emailed payslip. |
