Telecom are currently making changes to their service, meaning you will not be able to send emailed payslips using their smtp.xtra.co.nz server from 30th September 2014.
We have talked to Telecom and understand there are two types of customers. We discuss both, and outline suggested solutions.
SMTP Host : smtp.officemail.co.nz
Port : Under Advanced Settings, make the Port number 587
Authentication : Under Advanced Settings, Tick Use Authentication, then enter your Telecom user name and password.
Email payslips should now work again with these settings. See below for an alternative option.
