Pay Dates and Multiple Pay Frequencies
- In Ace Payroll you can use multiple pay frequencies. Each of these frequencies are processed as different pay runs.
- In other words, you process your weekly pays and file them, and this does not affect your fortnightly pays - they are completely separate.
- Each time you do your fortnightly pays, you need to file them as well.
- Filing the pays for one frequency does not file the pays for the other frequency.

- Note the dialog in step 3 only shows frequencies that are being used by your employees.
- In other words, before selecting for example a monthly pay date, you must have at least one employee being paid monthly.
